Below are some answers to our Frequently Asked Questions:

1.  How long should I order your cakes and how do I place my order with you?

All cakes need to be ordered at least 2 weeks earlier. Let us know your preferred cake style and flavour of choice with reference pictures(if any) and you may send them via email : mspurpletreats@gmail.com or via whatsapp 0193378508

Please include your name, contact number and date and time you required your cake to be ready.

All payments can be made to our MAYBANK ACCOUNT and please attach the proof of account once the payment has been made. We will send you an email confirmation or a whatsapp message once your order has been approved,

2.Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Please cancel at least 3days (72hours) should you need to cancel the order. Deposits will not be refunded in the event of cancellation less than 3 days.

3. What if my cake is damaged after I picked it up.

Purple Treats is not responsible for any damage after pickup or delivery. If an order is not picked up, Purple Treats will not provide a refund for the cake and we will not be responsible for any cakes which have been delivered to the venues.

4.Can I write a personalized message on my cake?

Customized messages on our cakes are available but we require you to type / spell out the words in order to avoid mistakes.

 

5.What flavours do you have?

We have a variety of flavours which are listed at our menu page, however some of the flavours are not suitable for customized cakes.

6. What kind of designs do you have?

We have a variety of designs , please refer to our website pages but if you need a custom cake please send us your cake inspiration ideas and we can discuss what kind of cakes to make.

 

7.Can you make my cakes less sweet?

Our cakes have been known to be not too sweet but the consistency for our buttercream can’t be compromised to ensure our buttercreams texture is good.

8.What’s the best way to take care of my cake once I collect it from your kitchen?

Keep the cake box on the floor and make srue the air conditioning is on. Never put your cake box in the car boot and ensure the box is secure and avoid direct sunlight.  Once the cake is in your care, we will not be reposnsible for any damage.

 

9.Do you do deliveries?

Yes, we do delivery service via third party company within Klang Valley for a fee that varies upon location.
